Terms of Service

  • Don't see what you want me to draw in my Will Draw/Won't Draw categories? Want more info? Just ask! I'll let you know.

  • I reserve the right to decline a commission for ANY reason.

  • Payment through Paypal.

  • I USUALLY try not to accept more than 4 - 5 slots at a time. Generally, I only open for 1 - 3 slots a month.

  • Please allow 4 - 12 (or more) weeks for completion! I try to work as fast as I can, but sometimes my disabilities get in the way or I get distracted. I don't have a work schedule and just do what I can when I can.

  • I do try to send regular status updates and previews though!

  • Please wait at least 2 weeks between updates to ask about my progress.

  • You may NOT use my art for commercial purposes without permission.

  • I can and will use any commissions I do for advertising purposes. (i.e. making new commission graphics, making ads for my work, etc.)

  • If you use racist/homophobic/transphobic terms/slurs carelessly and without reason when contacting me, I may refuse to work with you.

Revision Policy

  • Generally, I will only make major revisions or changes during the SKETCH phase. Most revisions are free during this stage.

  • May be willing to make 1 or 2 SMALL changes to line art. I will charge after the 2nd small change, and for any big changes made after this point. I will NOT make any changes to composition or lines after colors have been laid down. However, if I mess up markings or colors, I will adjust them as needed.

Refund Policy

  • I do NOT offer refunds unless something prevents me from being able to complete your commission. HOWEVER...

  • If I need to stop working on your commission for any reason: I will contact you to come to an agreement that works best for both parties. This can be in the form of a partial refund, a discount on future commissions, or extra work to be done at a later date. It could take me awhile before I'm able to send you a partial refunds, though.
